I couldn't resist coming back to this hotel mainly for the amazing staff and ideal location. The rooms were not the biggest and a bit pricey, but surprisingly comfortable in the end. Dining options were somewhat limited, albeit decent. The hidden gem was the attentive service provided to ensure our bike safety and special dietary needs.
The hotel had lovely, very clean, modern, and comfortable rooms; however, my sleep was disrupted due to the room not cooling off properly. The double bed took up most of the space, making the deluxe room feel super small.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and clean, which made me feel comfortable. The service was exceptional, with friendly and kind staff who were always ready to assist. The location was perfect for exploring the city and was within walking distance to many attractions. The dining experience was delicious with a variety of offerings. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor downsides.
The hotel had nicely finished rooms but on the small side, located at the end by the stairwell of the hall. They were tiny compared to other hotels I've stayed at for $200/night. The service was welcoming and helpful, although less than responsive at times. The location was very convenient downtown, great for accessing restaurants and cultural activities. The dining experience was very good but not included in the rate. Overall, a mixed impression with some notable highlights and a few drawbacks.
The Westin had comfortable beds and pillows, catering to both tourists and business travelers, with a decent selection of bars and restaurants nearby. However, the room rate was inflated due to a local event, reaching over $200 a night.
The hotel is situated in a prime location, just a couple of blocks away from the vibrant EuClaire Market and the serene riverfront park, offering easy access to downtown attractions. The rooms, though on the smaller side, are elegantly appointed and free from the nuisances of a noisy lift shaft. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with personal assistance to store bikes and little surprises like items left in the fridge adding a warm touch. While the dining options may be limited due to current circumstances, the proximity to great eateries compensates. Overall, a great choice for its central location and welcoming service.
My stay at the hotel was decent. The rooms could have been cleaner for a new hotel, but the location near the airport was very convenient at the end of the day. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped, which was disappointing. However, the proximity to the business suite was a plus.
